Shipping
Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship using J&T.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.
Returns
Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Special orders, custom products are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Thatsd™ will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Thatsd™ returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
If an item purchased from Thatsd™ incurs damage, please return it to our address. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our products, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
